Jenni Catron is a leadership coach, author, speaker and has served on the executive leadership team of a couple churches. Her passion is to lead well and to inspire, equip and encourage others to do the same. She speaks at conferences and churches nationwide, seeking to help others develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently in the different spheres of influence God has granted them. Additionally, she consults with individuals and teams on leadership and organizational health. Basically, she is my hero.
“To influence others you have to help move them to new realities and possibilities. You can’t take them where you haven’t led yourself. You must be willing to confront your fears and lead others through theirs.” ― Jenni Catron,
If you head over to the “My Journey” page of my blog you will find a story of how I got here. When God called me to step out into leadership coaching I looked around in the industry for someone who was doing it well, shared similar values and had extraordinary leadership qualities. I found Jenni. She has been an inspiration to me and I’m so incredibly impressed with the work that she does in every context.
Among many other terrific things, Jenni is the author of two incredible leadership books, “Just Lead!: A No Whining, No Complaining, No Nonsense Practical Guide for Women Leaders in the Church” and “Clout: Discover and Unleash Your God-Given Influence”. I’m SO excited for her NEW book, “The 4 Dimensions of Extraordinary Leadership”, which will be released December 1st. Just 19 days away! I’ve read it and let me tell you, it is awesome. I found myself saying (outloud), “Yes! That is exactly it. That is what I’m striving for!” I’ll also admit to saying “Amen” and “Preach it sister” a few times. I’m really looking forward to how transformational this book will be in the lives of those who are leading.
I’m blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of her book launch team and support Jenni. Be sure to subscribe to my blog to stay in the loop of the #4DimensionsBook. If you are looking to grow in your own leadership, wherever that may be, you want to read this book! Below is a description of “The 4 Dimensions of Extraordinary Leadership”. Check it out!
You have the capacity to become an extraordinary leader—if you are willing to embrace a deeper definition of leadership and take action to apply it.
In “The 4 Dimensions of Extraordinary Leadership”, Jenni Catron, executive church leader and author of Clout, reveals the secrets to standout leadership found in the Great Commandment: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.”
Weaving a winsome narrative filled with inspiring real-life stories, hard-won wisdom, and practical applications, Catron unpacks four essential aspects of growing more influential: your heart for relational leadership, your soul for spiritual leadership, your mind for managerial leadership, and your strength for visionary leadership.
Leadership isn’t easy, but it is possible to move from ordinary to extraordinary. Jenni Catron shows the way.
